Parent App

Dear (future) ÜMI members,

Starting August 1, 2025, we will be using the Famly app at our facility.   

The benefits for you and us:

•You will receive important information and dates from ÜMI directly on your smartphone.

•You can register both parents with custody as app users and receive all information quickly and equally on your smartphone.

•You can keep track of all information from ÜMI, as it is organized in the app. It cannot be lost or accidentally deleted.

•You can easily transfer appointments we send you to your personal smartphone calendar.

•You can fill out digital reply slips directly on your smartphone and send them back to us.

•You can report your child's absence via the app.

•The app is GDPR-compliant, ad-free, and free for parents. The costs for this information medium are covered by ÜMI-Igelschule e.V.

•Unlike other popular chat programs, your messages and data are not visible to other parents.

•Your data will not be commercially evaluated, sold, or passed on to unauthorized third parties.

The best thing about it is: Thanks to better organization, we gain time that directly benefits your children.

So how does it work?

Once we have received your completed and signed consent form (included in the registration documents), we will store your data with Famly and you will receive an email from Famly with registration details.
